#8851- Library Clerk

The County of Fluvanna is recruiting for a Part Time Library Clerk at the Fluvanna Library.

This is a part-time position that will be scheduled hours two to four-hour shifts a week,  plus at least 1 required Saturday a month. 

Current open shifts:

Wednesdays 4-8 p.m.
Thursday 1-5 p.m.
Saturdays 8:45-3:15 p.m. – 1 Saturday required a month
Optional: Friday night movies once they resume

Essential duties include but are not limited to: 

Assisting users with finding materials and information, checking in and out materials, special projects as assigned.  Some lifting is required.

Preferred experience in a library or customer-oriented setting.   Computer and customer service skills are a must.

Hourly rate:  $12.16/hour
