Please Note:  The Treasurer's Office will be closed on Monday, May 26, 2025, in observance of Memorial Day.

 

 

Real Estate Taxes AND Personal Property Taxes - 

The 1st Half 2025 Real Estate and Personal Property Taxes have been mailed.  The payment deadline is June 5, 2025.  If you have any questions, feel free to call the office.  If your call is not answered right away, please leave a detailed message and someone will return your call.

 

Payment Options:

If you are going to mail your payment, mail it early.  If not, make sure you have it postmarked at the post office.  Any payment received after June 5, without a postmark of June 5 or before, will be assessed a penalty.  Each month after that, interest will be added.

The Treasurer's Office can now take credit card payments in the office.  Online credit card payments can be made by calling 1-800-272-9829 or accessing the web at www.officialpayments.com.  When prompted, enter the last five digits of the ticket number and use Jurisdiction Code 6241.

There is a Treasurer's Office drop box located at the bottom of the steps in the parking lot on Palmyra Way road.

Delinquent taxes:

Any real estate or personal property taxes due prior to January 1, 2025, are now with our collections firm, Taxing Authority Consulting Services, P.C. (TACS).  If you owe any taxes prior to 2025, you will need to be in touch with TACS at www.taxva.com or 866-951-0742.  The Treasurer's Office is currently only taking payments for 2025.
