Fluvanna Department of Social Services - Family Services Supervisor

FAMILY SERVICES SUPERVISOR:  The Family Services Supervisor provides leadership, oversight, and professional guidance to a team of Family Services Specialists delivering Adult Protective Services and Adult Services.  This position will oversee APS casework, provide support to staff, ensure compliance with state policies, and promote high-quality, trauma-informed service delivery to vulnerable adults.  Key responsibilities include staff supervision, case consultation, performance management, documentation review and collaboration with community partners.  Candidates should have strong leadership skills, APS or related social services experience, and a commitment to protecting adults at risk of abuse, neglect, or exploitation.  The full job description can be found at the link below.

Salary range is $55,000 - commensurate with experience.
