By this Invitation for Bids , the Fluvanna County Board of Supervisors is seeking competitive sealed bids from qualified Contractors to provide demolition and grading services in accordance with the specifications, terms and conditions stated herein and referred to as the “Project”. The purpose of this Project is to demolish and haul away debris from one damaged structure and appurtenances owned by the County of Fluvanna.

The County of Fluvanna has received a grant  award from the Virginia Department of Fire Programs (“VDFP”) for the construction of a new Burn Building as a prop to assist in training the fire service for the Fluvanna area. Pursuant to this Request for Qualifications, the County is seeking proposals from qualified firms to assist in the development of plans and specifications and for construction of a Prototype II, Class B Burn Building.
