TRESPASS NOTICE

Trespassing is defined as a person intentionally enters on to or remains on someone’s property without permission or intentionally enters onto or remains on someone’s property after being told not to (verbally/written).  (See Virginia Code 18.2-119 for more information)

A Trespass Notification is an official written notice to a person(s) who does not have a legal right to be on your property.  It will also notify the individual that their arrest and prosecution may result from their failure to comply with the notice.

The Broadband Access Taskforce has completed its charter and is no longer meeting.

Purpose

Broadband Access Taskforce (BAT) is established to:

     a.  Assess our current status county-wide, including mapping the locations of all known fiber and cable lines, towers, and other potential contributory assets;

     b.  Identify shortfalls and underserved areas;

     c.  Develop alternatives and options; and

     d.  Identify potential funding methodologies and sources.

Employee Notification System Overview and Registration

**This form allows Fluvanna County employees to register for emergency notifications through Everbridge Notification System.**

We have launched a new mass notification service (Everbridge) that allows us to alert you during delayed openings, closures, etc. You opt-in by entering your contact information and subscribe to notifications. The information you provide will not be used for any other purpose.

When we issue a notification, you will receive a message on the voice or text communication method that you have registered. You will be prompted to confirm that you have received the message. Once you have confirmed, the notifications will stop for that particular issue. If you do not confirm, the system will continue to attempt to reach you through all of the notification paths that you have registered.

You must register a minimum of two notification options.

Notifications can be sent via:

  • Voice Call (home or cell phone)
  • Text Message
  • Email

You decide which order notifications will be sent.
