The purpose of the Property Notification site is to allow citizens and property owners in Fluvanna County to be notified by email if an instrument is recorded in the Circuit Court Clerk's Office that includes the name of the property owner.  This document could be a deed that changes the ownership of the property or it could be a deed of trust that uses the property as security for a loan.  There are also additional instruments that can be filed in the office related to your property.

This is notice of re-issue of RFP 2024-03 For As needed water and wastewater operators and management fro Fluvanna County Public Works.

The bid date is move to January 22, 2024.

The Fluvanna County Electoral Board has called an emergency meeting for Monday, November 6^th at 2:50 PM pursuant to Section 2.2-3707 paragraph E of the Virginia Code, due to the illness and temporary incapacity of a Precinct Chief. This meeting is to appoint alternative Precinct leadership.
