request a ten (10) foot Variance to Section 22-4-3 (E) (1) to allow for the reduction of the minimum front setback from two hundred (200) feet to one hundred ninety (190) feet for an as-built, tasting room structure; request a forty (40) foot Variance to Section 22-4-3 (E) (1) to allow for the reduction of the minimum front setback from two hundred (200) feet to one hundred sixty (160) feet for an addition to an as-built, tasting room structure on Tax Map 48 Section 1 Parcel 3.
