Announcement of Community Meeting

Perkins & Orrison Inc. and Glass Associates, on behalf of Clovelly LLC, will hold a virtual community meeting hosted by Perkins & Orrison and Fluvanna County to share comments and answer questions regarding a request to rezone two parcels on Edgecomb Road from B-1 to I-1 zoning, to permit the construction and operation of a warehouse/distribution facility.

The parcels are Tax Map Numbers 5-17-1 and IA in Fluvanna County, located in the northeast quadrant of Rte. 250 and Edgecomb Road.

Drug Take-Back Event - April 24, 2021

The Sheriff's Office will be holding a drug take back event this Saturday, April 24, 2021 from 10:00 am to 1:45 pm at the Jefferson Pharmacy near Food Lion.

We will be taking all old and unwanted prescription medications. NO NEEDLES PLEASE!

Let's get them properly disposed of so they don't end up in the wrong places.

Dominion Energy Community Meeting - April 29, 2021

Dominion Energy will host a public meeting to update the community on closure of coal ash ponds at Bremo Power Station and associated planned landfill construction.
