The Buildings and Grounds sections of the Public Works Department are responsible for maintaining and operating all County-owned facilities other than those utilized by Fluvanna County Schools. This includes routine cleaning and maintenance, as well as minor in-house repairs and alterations to buildings and facilities.

Palmyra Firehouse is no longer the polling place for the Palmyra District voters.
