Because of disruptions caused by COVID-19, the Fluvanna County Board of Supervisors extended the 2020 first half personal property and real estate tax deadlines to June 30, 2020.

The Treasurer's Office is open for in-person payments; however, we encourage you to pay by one of the following means:

Drop Box: located near the Commissioner of the Revenue/Treasurer Building, across from Palmyra Methodist Church.

Online: www.OfficialPayments.com

If it is necessary to conduct your business in the office, please be aware that:

  • In accordance with Governor Northam's Executive Order Sixty Three, face coverings are required. If you do not have a face mask, we are happy to provide one.

A. Face Coverings Required-Patrons

All patrons in the Commonwealth aged ten and over shall when entering, exiting, traveling through, and spending time inside the settings listed below cover their mouth and nose with a face covering, as described and recommended by the CDC:

7. State or local government buildings when accessed for the purpose of securing public services, with the exception of students in daycare centers or participating in-person classes in K-12 education or institutions of higher education.

  • Sanitation stations are available and physical distancing requirements are in effect.

To avoid incurring a late payment penalty, payments must be made by June 30, 2020.
