This position plays a critical role in supporting prosecution case management, preparing legal and court documents, organizing discovery and case files, communicating with criminal justice partners, and maintaining confidential records and information.

Position Summary:
The Fluvanna County Commonwealth's Attorney's Office is seeking a full-time Assistant Commonwealth’s Attorney to perform advanced professional legal work as a prosecutor for the County and the Commonwealth of Virginia. This position is responsible for preparing and prosecuting misdemeanor and felony cases, reviewing investigations, managing discovery and digital evidence, conducting legal research and writing, and working closely with law enforcement, victims, witnesses, court officials, and community partners.
