The applicant for the following items has requested the Planning Commission defer consideration until February 24, 2026:

Special Use Permit (SUP) 25-04, a request by Expedition Generation Holdings to allow the construction of a gas-fired electric generation facility; and

Zoning Text Amendment (ZTA) 25-09, a request to Amend the “Code of the County of Fluvanna, Virginia,” by amending height regulations for power production plants.

The determination of Substantial Accord (SA 25-01) related to SUP 25-04, as required by the Code of Virginia Section 15.2-2232, will be considered at the January 13, 2026 meeting.
