Fluvanna County, is seeking a full-time Public Works Director.  Under the general supervision of the County Administrator, the Director is responsible for planning, organizing, and directing all county-wide public works functions, projects, operations, and staff.  The Public Works Department consists of approximately 22 staff members and encompasses the operational areas of building and grounds maintenance, custodial services, water and wastewater systems, irrigation, solid waste and recycling, and collaboration with VDOT on road maintenance and related projects.
