Fluvanna County, Virginia, is seeking a full-time Director of Community Development.  Under the general supervision of the County Administrator, the incumbent serves as a principal director overseeing the County’s Planning, Zoning, Economic Development, Code Compliance, Building Inspections, and Erosion/Sediment Control functions.  Additionally, this position serves and the Planning and Zoning Administrator.  Duties include: developing and implementing department policies and procedures, zoning ordinances and the Comprehensive Plan, leading and developing staff, and advising the Planning Co
