Announcement of Community Meeting

Perkins & Orrison Inc. and Glass Associates, on behalf of Clovelly LLC, will hold a virtual community meeting hosted by Perkins & Orrison and Fluvanna County to share comments and answer questions regarding a request to rezone two parcels on Edgecomb Road from B-1 to I-1 zoning, to permit the construction and operation of a warehouse/distribution facility.

The parcels are Tax Map Numbers 5-17-1 and IA in Fluvanna County, located in the northeast quadrant of Rte. 250 and Edgecomb Road.

The proposed warehouse/distribution facility is not being proposed for a single specific client, but rather is proposed to meet the growing need for such facilities in this region. The excellent location and access to the public highway system makes this site attractive for such a use. There will be a twenty-five-foot (25') landscape buffer on the rear of the property, and a sidewalk along Edgecomb Road.

The public is invited to ask questions and share comments about the proposed project at a Virtual Neighborhood Meeting, to be held on Zoom at 6:00 p.m. on the 27th of May.
