The County of Fluvanna recruiting a full-time Paralegal/Legal Assistant to provide legal, clerical, and administrative support services as well as prepare, process, and maintain office files and records; serving as support to staff in the County Attorney’s Office.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

The Fluvanna Commonwealth’s Attorney’s office seeks a full-time paralegal/legal assistant.   The ideal candidate must possess a professional demeanor, demonstrate excellent communication skills and attention to detail and be able to work with minimal supervision.   Prior experience in a prosecutor’s office or criminal law firm is preferred.

The County of Fluvanna is recruiting for the position of Building Services Worker I. This position is a full-time non-exempt position that performs custodial duties to include County-owned buildings and grounds, using prescribed chemicals and machinery. Duties will also include some minor maintenance and repair functions.  Work is performed under limited supervision.

This position is classified as Essential Personnel and may be called upon to work during weather closures and emergencies.

The Thomas Jefferson Health District (TJHD) is hiring a Business Manager (also referred to as a District Administrator). TJHD is one of 35 health districts under the Virginia Department of Health and serves the City of Charlottesville and the Counties of Albemarle, Fluvanna, Greene, Louisa, and Nelson.
